Do I need gym equipment?

No. We offer programs for home workouts with minimal or no equipment, as well as full gym programs. During onboarding, we ask about your equipment access to design an appropriate program.

Are your trainers certified?

Yes, all trainers hold nationally recognized certifications (NASM, ACE, NSCA, or equivalent) and maintain current CPR/AED certification. Many hold additional specializations in areas like corrective exercise, nutrition, and sports performance.

Can I do this program if I have a medical condition?

We recommend getting medical clearance from your physician before starting any exercise program. Our trainers can work within guidelines provided by your healthcare provider, but we do not provide medical advice or replace physical therapy.

How often should I work out?

We typically recommend 3-5 sessions per week depending on your goals and fitness level, but programs are customized. Consistency matters more than frequency, and we design programs that fit realistically into your life.

Will I lose weight on this program?

We cannot guarantee specific weight loss results, as outcomes depend on many factors including nutrition, consistency, sleep, stress, and individual physiology. We focus on building sustainable habits, improving fitness markers, and overall well-being.
